The Supervisor will work within the team to ensure that the building is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.Job DescriptionThe following are key areas of responsibility for the cleaning supervisor:Overall, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department while.Organizing all rotas of employees within their areas of supervisory roles.Organizing schedules for each shift: printing, scanning, copies.Ensuring correct and thorough training is given to all employees on the cleaning products and cleaning roles within their establishment.Organizing relief work for those on holidays or out due to illness.Ensuring correct levels of stock are held and replenished when minimum levels arise.Organizing general housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter controlOverseeing Washing and drying items when necessaryReport and store lost and found itemsMay, when required, provide basic information on facilitiesHandle complaints in line with your Manager.Promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphereUndertake other routine tasks such as hosing down the forecourt and dealing with recycling.The Supervisor will be expected to:Promote the vision, values and mission of Neylons Facility ManagementRepresent Neylons Facility Management at client/inspection visits and at events relevant to the positionMaintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general businessAdhere to all Neylons Facility Management policies & proceduresAttend training and meetings as required and appropriateParticipate in performance reviewsKeep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practices.To undertake other duties as requested by the ManagerPrevious experience working in a hospital or medical environment is desirableRequirements:A can-do attitudeExperience in a similar roleGood working knowledge of EnglishKnowledge and willingness to apply safe working practicesKnowledge of how to use equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasksFlexibility is required for this role to cover the morning shifts when neededWe are happy to hear from anyone with specialist skills in any of these areas.Please Fill in your details and upload your CV to apply.
