The Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas during weekends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping management, excellent attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.Responsibilities:1. Supervision:  - Oversee weekend housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.  - Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping team members.  - Monitor staff performance and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.2. Quality Control:  - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.  - Address any deficiencies promptly and provide corrective action as necessary.  - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels are maintained at all times.3. Guest Satisfaction:   - Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.  - Take appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.  - Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest needs and requests.4. Training and Development:   - Train new housekeeping staff on hotel policies, procedures, and cleaning techniques.  - Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff to promote continuous improvement.  - Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment among housekeeping team members.5.
