Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Wedding & Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating luxury weddings and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver bespoke, high-end events that reflect the estate’s prestigious reputation. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the hotels wedding and events business, reporting on performance, revenue, and client feedback to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Principle Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination Manage and coordinate all aspects of weddings and events, from initial inquiry to execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless planning process. Work closely with the culinary, banqueting, and operations teams to deliver flawless events. Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and schedules. Oversee venue set-up, décor, and logistics in line with client expectations and estate standards. Client Relations & Sales Conduct hotel and Estate tours and consultations with potential clients. Build strong relationships with couples, corporate clients, and event planners. Prepare and issue event proposals, contracts, and pricing packages. Upsell estate services, including accommodation, spa, and dining experiences. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Liaise with external vendors (florists, photographers, entertainment, etc.) to ensure smooth event delivery. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to maintain high service standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Event Execution & On-the-Day Coordination Supervise event setup, ensuring all elements meet client expectations and estate standards. Be on-site for events, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring a flawless guest experience. Work closely with banquet and operations teams to oversee food service and event flow. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings. Track event performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency. Prepare post-event reports detailing key insights, challenges, and areas for improvement. Monitor booking trends and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of estate events for marketing and promotional use.
