Warehouse Team LeadTCP Homecare is a healthcare service provider, specialising in ‘direct to patient services’ which include the dispensing and distribution of pharmaceutical products, homecare nursing services and sharps waste management, facilitating a unique turnkey solution for the delivery of hospital care in the patient’s home.Role:The Primary Role of the Warehouse Team Lead is to carry out all warehouse day to day activities in accordance with procedures thus ensuring the customer/client service level agreements are managed effectively.This role requires on-call driver cover for every second weekend.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the opening and lockup of the main warehouse facility Ensure dispatch traceability of all products (batch number certification) Order picking & processing deliveries outward; Checking & receiving goods inwards Responsible for the general cleaning & upkeep of stores and refrigerators Ensure vehicle temperatures checks are systematically completed Coordinate the maintenance requirements of fridges / vehicles/ generator etc. Liaise and effectively communicate with all relevant personnel associated with the customer/client service. Responsible for the administration of daily/weekly/monthly documentation for departmental reviews of (e.g. temperature records and deviations) Stock control – Check in of “Out of Date” Products Act as a backup driver in case of emergency deliveries or supplier collections or short term cover for Van Representative Act as key point of contact with Supplier Drivers Maintain customer confidentiality at all times. Assist in ensuring that continuing quality systems are implemented and maintained within the TCP Group.
