This role is essential in supporting project delivery through efficient materials handling, preparation, and logistics support across multiple sites.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role within our warehouse and logistics function. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring materials, equipment, and fabricated components are prepared, organised, and delivered accurately and on time to support Instrotec project teams on site.The role will involve a mix of warehouse duties, light assembly work (including brackets and support systems), stock control, and site deliveries. It requires a practical, safety-conscious individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.Key responsibilities will include:Carry out general warehouse duties including receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveriesPick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch to multiple project sitesAssemble basic components such as brackets, supports, and small prefabricated items as requiredLoad and unload deliveries safely and efficientlyComplete deliveries to various construction and client sites when requiredMaintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control and inventory checksEnsure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standardsAssist with the coordination of inbound and outbound logisticsInspect materials for damage or defects and report any issues promptlySupport project teams by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipmentFollow all company procedures, safety policies, and manual handling guidelinesAssist with basic fabrication support tasks when requiredWork collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to meet project deadlinesQualifications & Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or construction support role desirableExperience with manual handling and safe lifting practices Forklift license (desirable but not essential) Full clean driving license required for site deliveries Basic knowledge of construction materials or electrical/instrumentation components an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated approach to work What We OfferTraining and development opportunities Supportive team environment within a growing organisation Opportunity to work on major industrial and data centre projects across Ireland and Europe Career progression within logistics, warehousing, and project support functions
