Our Mission is to create long lasting, stylish and sustainable products, expertly crafted; and supported with exceptional customer service. Warehouse Administration Co-Ordinator:Joining our Operations Department, and reporting directly to Goods Out Warehouse Manager you will collaborate with key stakeholders across various business functions in the UK & Ireland, including warehouse, accounts, and customer experience teams. As our Warehouse Administration Co-Ordinator, you'll be the driving force behind enhancing our processes and elevating our service standards. You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our UK customer experience team, contributing your skills and ideas to make a real impact.We need someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty. The ideal candidate will ensure our processes are top-notch while continuously finding ways to make them even better. From managing collections to handling manifests and UK despatch documentation, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything organised and efficient. Plus, you'll get hands-on experience with the UK customs process and gain a holistic understanding of how our operations support every aspect of our business. This role presents a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end operational supply chain processes; insight into customs declaration procedures; and understanding of how warehouse operations influence various aspects of the business.
