Position: Waiting Staff (Full or Part Time Permanent)Location: Rochestown Lodge Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, County DublinRochestown Lodge Hotel is looking for an experienced Waiting Staff to work as part of our wonderful team. Our HotelRochestown Lodge Hotel is ideally located on the fringe of Dun Laoghaire town and short distance to Dublin city centre. The modern three star hotel offers 900 spacious guest rooms, bar restaurant and a selection of meeting rooms. Facilities in the hotel include a 15 metre deck level swimming pool, gym and Spa.The RoleWe are on the search for enthusiastic, professional and friendly staff to join the food and beverage department. You will be a motivated individual who has a keen understanding of the importance of good customer care, excellent team-leading abilities as well as the initiative required to multi-task in this busy environment. You will have previous experience in a similar role, be friendly, well presented, and enjoy interacting with people.Duties will include:Greet guests on their arrival to the hotels various dining areas and seat them appropriatelyDemonstrate full knowledge of all items (food & beverages) on the menuStocking up bar and preparing for serviceKeeping your work area clean and tidyClearing down after serviceHandling various payment methodsThe Ideal candidate will have;Previous hotel experienceBar experience preferable but not essentialMust be standards driven and detail orientated.Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.Must be dedicated, reliable, loyal and organisedMust be committed to exceed expectationsMust be a team player Why Work With Us? We are a team of talented professionals who work well together and we are a fun team to work with.
