Waiting Person/Server - full time / part time mid-week

FULL or part time mid- week POSITIONS!Ideally suited to someone with availability mid week evenings from 6pm - 11pmReporting to the management team, our ideal candidate will be available to work on a full time basis throughout the academic year, will have food & Beverage experience in a similar 4* hotel setting in restaurant & bar areasHours will vary from both day time to evening shift, therefore candidates must be available on a full-time basis, throughout the academic year, available morning or evenings to facilitate varying opening times across the bar & restaurant areas, weekends and week days, to be rostered 5 days/ 32 -39 hours.Main duties of waiting person / ServerServing and dispensing of food & Beverage in accordance with, and with respect for, the standards as set by the executive head chefs and bar management team.Ensuring all reasonable guests requests and requirements are met.Dealing with any guest complaints with courtesy and reporting same to management.Communicating our service and facilities to our guests.Ensuring correct Mis-en-place for service.Candidates should be able to work on own initiative and or follow direction.Requirements of waiting person / serverPrevious experience in similar settingFriendly dispositionFluent spoken & written EnglishAuthorisation to work in IrelandFlexibility relative to the demands of the businessBenefits to waiting person / serverCareer progression opportunitiesRespectful work environmentFriendly work environmentEmployee Discount across OIH & RCOI brandsFull job description available on requestJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From €12.70 per hour (negotiable depending on level of experience)Expected hours: 32 – 39 per week
