We are a streamlined, dynamic organisation with the operational mobility needed to deliver results – fast.We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the lift industry by becoming one of our amazing and well-respected team within the lift and escalator industry.Job Roles - We are looking for both intermediate and senior Vertical Transportation Consultants based in both Northern Ireland and mainland UK.Responsibilities: Lift and Escalator New, Full Replacement and Modernisation Projects.· Design assistance.· Traffic analysis and production of reports.· Surveys and conditioning surveys.· Specification production and tendering.· Review of contractor’s proposals and drawings.· Review and comment on Risk Assessments and Method Statements.· Attend pre-start meetings.· Project Management.· Witness Testing.· New business development· Account managementExperience, Qualification and Skill required· Full driving license· Time served lift engineer with a good technical background of lifts and escalators.· NVQ3 or NVQ4 Lift Engineering or equivalent.· Good written and verbal communication skills· Strong IT skills.· Analytical capability with strong attention to detail· Good decisions making ability.· Team playerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Private medical insuranceSchedule:FlexitimeMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
