Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany and the USA. Responsibilities as a Senior Clinical Trials Administrator: ·        Ensuring office furniture & supplies are available and fit for purpose.·        Ensuring general housekeeping is maintained – cleanliness/tidiness, etc.·        Liaising with Facilities for required changes/maintenance of the office space.·        Organising Team building & social events/meetings, including making travel arrangements for attendees where necessary.·        Supporting internal scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.·        Supporting recruitment of CT Administration Staff.·        Ownership of the USA-based Clinical Trials Administration, to identify & implement improvements for efficiency & effectiveness.·        Proactively monitoring document approval dates in PM system, following-up with Project team to obtain final documents for filing.·        Ensuring approved documents are complete, added to study files and document index. ·        Preparing Project documentation for Archive at study close.·        Managing a schedule, and leading the completion of, Project File Reviews.·        Addition of study documentation to on eDMS.·        QC checks of relevant documentation.·        Preparing Induction plans for new CT staff.·        Organising internal training sessions for all CT staff, in collaboration with the Training Team.·        Organising external training courses for USA CT staff in collaboration with Line Managers.·        Ensure CT Personnel files are complete & up to date. Requirements as a Senior Clinical Trials Administrator: ·        Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.·        Administration skills, attention to detail.·        Communication skills, Team player; a ‘people’ person.·        Organisational & planning skills.·        Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.·        Time management skills; capable of planning & prioritising own workload.·        Awareness of GCP.
