Our U.S. operations, including WeCool Toys, focus on delivering top-quality products to major retailers across North America and LATAM.About the RoleWe're looking for a Spanish-speaking Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to manage bespoke orders, liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and provide customer service and support across our US and LATAM customer base.This role will report to our US Supply Chain & Operations Manager and will require regular attendance at our Point Pleasant, NJ office.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing: Manage customer orders via Navision ERP, including EDI input from portals like DiWeb.Customer Communication: Act as a key liaison for US and Mexican retailers, providing real-time updates and resolving issues.Shipping & 3PL Coordination: Work with logistics partners to meet strict delivery timelines and compliance requirements.Compliance & Documentation: Develop packing/labelling spec sheets, submit COIs, safety reports, and commercial invoices.Chargebacks & Deductions: Track, investigate, and resolve customer chargebacks and coordinate credit notes.Custom/Bespoke Orders: Collaborate with our Hong Kong team to execute tailored packaging, pricing, and specs.Critical Path Management: Use BeCPG (PLM) to keep projects on track, escalating risks as needed.Sales Support: Assist with vendor setup, sample management, and trade show preparations.What You’ll BringFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Experience working with major US and/or Mexican retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Liverpool, Soriana, etc.)Strong background in supply chain, customer service, or order coordinationIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Navision)Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetUnderstanding of retail compliance, EDI systems, and 3PL operationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonusHybrid work environment (1–2 days WFH, 3–4 days in the office)Career development in a high-growth global businessOpportunity to work with world-famous brandsA collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive cultureReady to Apply?If you’re excited to take on a role that blends logistics, customer support, and retail coordination across the US and LATAM, click "Apply" and send your Resume and Cover Letter today.We respond to successful applicants within 10 working days.
