Responsibilities as a Project Co-Ordinator:Assisting Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager with general study dutiesTo assist the Program Manager and (Senior) Project Manager with the monitoring for GCP compliance within centralized clinical trialsAssisting with reporting on study progressAssisting with problem solving project issuesAssisting with training Monitors and Investigators Writing study related documents as requested by Project TeamAssisting with writing, updating and printing study manualsGathering information on Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies (as required) to assist other members of Vitalograph team with sales opportunitiesAttending conferences on behalf of Vitalograph in a sales capacityEnsuring any study related documents are filed and stored appropriately Requirements as a Project Co-Ordinator:Organisational skills and the ability to use project management tools Understanding of GCPAbility to demonstrate / train on Spirotrac software
