You will have a strong geographical knowledge of Ireland. You will have Microsoft office experience to include excel spreadsheets. You will always communicate with courtesy. What Your Day To Day Will Look LikeCustomer liaison to include arranging outbound deliveries, pricing of jobs and Portal Management.Entering and updating jobs on to the company system.Ensuring all Transport related costs are recorded, and weekly billing details updated.Resolve delivery and collection issues in the most efficient way possible whilst always maintaining the highest level of service.Preparing any transport jobs and paperwork as and when required.Driver liaison and delivery confirmation.You will work with all our Transport suppliers and have a close working relationship with them all.You will check discrepancies and follow up with the relevant people.You will assist where necessary in any ad hoc duties.Ensure the companies policies are always adhered to.Identify problems early and respond in a timely manner.Always work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues.What Skills You Need For This RoleYou will have 2 years’ experience in transport planning and administration within a company based in Ireland.You will have good written and verbal communication skills.You will have a keen eye for detail.You will be proficient in Microsoft office with special attention to Excel.You will be a strong team player.You will be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure transport environment whilst always ensuring attention to detail.You must have the ability to deal with queries and issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.To be able to always consider and maintain a cost effectiveness.
