Apply today. The Role.GMC are currently looking for Administrators to join our team.We currently have the following open roles for Administrators:Workflow Administrator Workflow AdministratorPlant and Fleet Administrator  Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Carry out the data entry of information onto the relevant system, identifying and resolving any discrepancies and prepare all documentation relating to the movement/transportation of goods in an accurate and efficient manner to deliver high customer service levels;Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;Complete general administrative duties in an efficient and effective mannerMaintain relevant system by accurately inputting the required data, in addition to checking and reconciling data where appropriate and identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracyUpdate, produce and communicate all business KPI’s to monitor service delivery levels;Work as part of a team and participate in cross training initiatives to provide effective cover in a colleague’s absence;Operate a high standard of general housekeeping and work in a safe manner complying with all health and safety regulations in order to maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.Booking in deliveries for customers.Investigate any delivery or collection queries.Scanning, printing, organising and storing documents The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:Full clean driver’s license essential.A relevant qualification is desirable.Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience.Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.Time management abilities to meet targets.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.Software proficiency.Data analysis.Decision-making.Problem-solving skills.Experience in a similar Administration role would be desirable.Ideally you will have a background within Transport, however this is not essential Become a part of something bigger.
