MAIN DUTIESHave complete oversight of all areas to ensure high competence and compliance training levels at all times Develop and strengthen relationships with services providers, external vendors, the HSE and managers to ensure smooth running of our serviceTo manage enrolment, engagement, compliance and completion of QQI for staffTo deliver Induction and patient moving & handing for new startersIdentify gaps in training requirements and content and liaise with clinical lead on areas of concern or proposed improvement in training and manual handling content and deliveryCo-ordinate with all teams to manage and deliver refresher training to existing staff to ensure they are compliant at all timesActively seek feedback from internal stakeholders, staff, clients and relatives to suggest areas of service improvement to ensure positive outcomes for those who use our services.Reporting Key Performance Indictors to your line Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.To carry out regular Client and or Staff Assessments in line with the HSE tenderLiaise with Clinical team on all incidents, complaints, safeguarding and other concerns to ensure training and quality remain relevant and compliant at all times.Ensure all HR processes are followed Audit and monitor Client and Staff and Area Manager files as directed by Line ManagersAssist CH0s in preparation for external audits as directed by line manager.Complete weekly report to line manager and contribute to monthly clinical governance meetingsTo be responsible for establishing and keeping track of quality improvement and other information that concerns patient care.Continuous commitment to quality improvement Ensuring compliance as per HSE Tender specification 2023, preparation for HIQA Policy review, development and implementation as directed by Line Manager** This list of duties is not exhaustive and will require the successful candidate to be flexible and be adaptable to change.
