You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that meet regulatory requirements and support continuous professional development- particularly in the areas of safe manual handling and person-centered care. You will take a hands on approach in completing observations of the application of training delivered and a mentoring approach as part of any quality improvement plans. You will be a key player in the Heads of Department Management team.
