The Irish Times Group is offering a number of paid summer internships for aspiring journalists who want to work across digital and print platforms in one of Ireland’s leading news organisations. Based in our Dublin office, this programme provides a unique opportunity for students from across the third-level education sector, including universities and other accredited higher education institutions, to gain real-world experience in journalism, media, and editorial functions.What to expectInterns will be fully immersed in our newsroom, working alongside experienced journalists and editors. You will have the opportunity to develop key skills in digital publishing, visual media, and reporting, gaining a practical understanding of how news is produced and published in a fast-paced environment.Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in producing content for both digital and print platforms at a time of rapid change in the media industry.
