We are looking for a Technical Facilities Engineer to manage planned and reactive maintenance activities and overall technical Facilities Management accounts for several client sites.Essential CompetenciesDegree QualifiedMinimum five years of relevant post-graduate experience in a facilities management roleProven experience of managing technical services (M&E, life safety, vertical transport, water services, etc.) across small and large-scale commercial sitesExperience of being audited and knowledge of accreditation systems (ISO, etc.)Proven experience of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a commercial environmentStrong analytical and report writing skillsStrong IT skills and previous experience in using a CAFM systemStrong financial management and reporting experienceExcellent communication skills Desirable CompetenciesDegree Qualified Engineer (Engineers Ireland or CIBSE).
