Technical Assistant - Engineering

Founded in 1969, and now part of the ABP Food Group, C&D Foods has grown to become one of the industry’s leading pet food producers with 9 manufacturing sites across Europe supplying quality products to customers around the world.We are looking for a dedicated Technical Assistant for our Engineering team:The Technical Assistant will provide essential support to the Engineering Department, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of projects and daily activities. This role requires a high level of organization, technical proficiency, and a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Assist engineers in the preparation and execution of projects.Conduct research and gather data for sustainability projects.Maintain and organize project documentation, specifications, and reports.Prepare technical reports and presentations when weekly reporting to GroupCoordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.Provide technical support during project planning and implementation phases.Support to engineers on training needs.Support to maintaining high standards and compliance to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations in the department.Qualifications:Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Preferred but not a requirement.Previous experience in a technical support role within an engineering environment is desirable.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English/Danish).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols (or willingness to learn).As a person you have good organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively deal with people at all levels of the business. You have a "Can-do" attitude and are driven by looking for solutions. The role requires a service oriented approach to work with a good understanding of customer requirements.
