We are seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team to ensure we attract and engage with the best talent in the Healthcare sector, both in Ireland and Internationally. This exciting new role will see the TA Specialist work with hiring managers to understand present and future talent needs and then manage the complete recruitment cycle from initial role approval through to the offer stage ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.This is an excellent opportunity for a TA specialist who is looking for a varied role as while you will predominantly be working on Nursing and Clinical Specialist roles you will also have exposure to Operations and Administrative support roles as well. This will be a very visible role in the Hospital, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to work with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels. You will join an ambitious HR team, where your contribution and ideas will be valued.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop recruitment strategies by proactively identifying candidates via recruitment platforms, job boards, campaigns and employee referral schemesDevelop and lead out on social media recruitment campaigns to promote rolesDevelop a large and diverse qualified applicant pool by direct sourcing including online using Boolean search strings Focus on building strong relationships with Hiring Managers through the recruitment process and working with them to identify future hiring needsPrepare recruitment materials and post open roles to appropriate job boards. Liaise with Marketing team on recruitment campaigns and brandingScreen and assess applicant's CVs for relevant experience, skills and qualifications to determine suitability for rolesPresent long and shortlist to the Hiring ManagersSchedule interviews, both in person and virtually and ensure recruitment system is updated regularly with status updatesEnsure candidates are engaged and managed throughout the recruitment stagesConduct internal & external interviews, documenting candidate evaluation, interview notes and ensuring candidates are assessed correctly against the role specificationIn conjunction with the Hiring Manager, evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications and experience as well as alignment with Hermitage Clinic values and cultureEnsure feedback is delivered to applicants in a timely manner with the candidate experience in mindCommunicate job offers promptly to successful candidates and keep Hiring Manager updated post offer stageMaintain regular contact with possible, current and future candidates to build a future pipelineReport on TA activity on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basisProvide market information and insights to Hiring Managers and wider HR Team Attend Career fairs/ Grad Fairs/ and other recruitment events when requiredDemonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assignedThe Person:A minimum of 4+ years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition. Proven track record of working within an in-house team with high volume recruitment campaignsPreviously held end-to-end recruitment responsibility inclusive of advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, offering and reportingA passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience - ability to positively engage candidates throughout all steps of the recruitment processAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, where there are multiple open roles at any one time and proven ability to prioritise and multitask while demonstrating a high level of attention to detailPrior experience in the health and social care sector would be ideal but not essential Proficient in online searching and with Boolean search strings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop relationships with managers at all levels Familiar with HR databases & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Ability to work both autonomously and within a teamRelevant third level education – ideally in HR or Business disciplineExcellent English both spoken and writtenWhy work at the Hermitage Medical ClinicThe Hermitage Medical Clinic are passionate about our people and believe in their development and growth.
