This process ensures that new and returning users are genuine and can be trusted. We are looking for a highly motivated recruitment specialist to join a busy team, hit the ground running and to play a crucial role in helping iProov achieve its next stage of growth. The successful candidate will report to the HR & Recruitment Manager.Please note *This is a 12-18 month FTC and t emporarily remote whilst COVID restrictions apply, thereafter London Waterloo Head Office for at least 3 days a week. Key requirements of the role: Responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle.Deep experience recruiting for Tech roles. However, you will be hiring across teams so will have the ability to grasp new roles. You must be highly proficient in the use of LinkedIn and other job boards for headhunting and placing adverts with a great ability in sourcing the best talent.Create engaging adverts. Familiar with using ATS’.Up to date on employee legislation and compliance i.e. GDPR.Experience in recruiting globally ( US desirable).Liaise with managers throughout the recruitment process.Support the HR & Recruitment Manager in ensuring smooth running of the function.This list is not exhaustive, and duties may vary over time.Personal skills and Qualifications: Volume of recruitment for 2021 is high; must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.Confident liaising with seniors across the Company and with candidates alike.Attention to detail.Well organised. Reliable.Approachable.Negotiation skills.Excellent verbal & written skills. Strong work ethics.5+ Years relevant Talent Acquisition experience in tech sector.Salary: iProov is offering a competitive salary.
