Talent Acquisition ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Engineering Partner of choice Suir Engineering. We deliver leading edge next generation solutions to clients by designing, building, and installing Data Centres, Pharma and Medical Device plants and Renewable Energy Systems. This role has responsibility for Talent Acquisition for projects in Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. This role will be based in our offices in Waterford or Dublin (City West) with Hybrid options available. Some travel will be required. Overall Role ObjectiveThe Talent Acquisition Manager role at Suir Engineering will lead a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists providing talent to our growing business. You will be a role model for your team and hiring managers for what a best-in-class recruitment experience should be. What you will be doing?Overall campaign and process management for recruitment for all sites.Ensuring a close and effective working relationship with all stakeholders – Directors, Hiring Managers, HR Colleagues. Implementation of improvements and efficiencies to ensure consistency with our recruitment processes resulting in a great hiring experience for candidates· Proactively drive capability and skill building with the Talent Acquisition Team.Manage employer branding (digital, marketing and social campaigns)· Building pipeline for talent through our Graduate and Apprentice programmes. Is this the job for me?Suitable Candidates must have a third level qualification in Human Resources Management and a minimum 5 year’s relevant experience operating at Manager Level. Must be interested in all things HR!Successful track record in a high volume recruitment environment Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decisions with judgment and discretion.Experience in managing or mentoring within the TA space is essentialExperience in hiring across a number of different disciplines and Regions Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Creativity and imagination to get to yes, with the courage to say no!Proactive and ambitious – ability to take initiative, innovate and deliver best practice TA interventions at all times.
