QUALIFICATIONSNo qualification required. Experience in SaaS application support is required. Experience with Microsoft PowerBI required. Knowledge of healthcare sector / health insurance is preferred but is not essential. Understanding of iPMs and Open Accounts is preferred but not essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Key Areas of Responsibility Systems administrationAct as the applications administrator for the finance systems within the organisation and provide support as required. Examples of support required are:Setting up new users on various systems including managing access and permissions;Training for new staff members;Updating patient pricing spreadsheets;Processing changes to patient management software (updating prices, creating new business services etc.);Set up and support of new users on our recently introduced Mediclaim system. Data analysisSupport the finance department with the management of data analysis requests that come through the hospital. Examples of such requests include:Preparing analysis of patient activity and revenue across a series of metrics (procedure type, patient context, age, insurer etc.);Supporting the finance team with the creation of tables / charts / graphs for the analysis of data on PowerBI; andLiaising with the BI team to provide feedback for any adjustments required to the underlying data following on from finance team analysis. Undertake various ad hoc assignments as required. 2. Communication SkillsEngage, collaborate and communicate appropriately with finance colleagues and other members of the health care teams to ensure a quality service is provided to all while constantly striving for excellence in patient/customer care.Communicate in a manner that avoids antagonism, reduces conflict and prevents undue anxiety.Recognise limitations and seek assistance where necessary.Attend and contribute to appropriate meetings.Accept constructive advice when appropriate.Report all incidents immediately, which may adversely affect a patient, colleague or the Blackrock Clinic. 3.
