Support Assistant- £25,078 per annum We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Ty Catwg. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a care or support environment, and an understanding of the impact of trauma and working in a psychologically informed way. By building positive relationships and taking a work-with approach, you will help residents achieve their goals and move on successfully into independent accommodation. Following the support plans agreed by service users and their support officers, you will follow safety and risk plans designed to maintain project safety.
