They supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. The role also involves conducting client visits, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, the Care Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to maintain safe and effective care.RequirementsCompleted in QQI Level 5 or aboveFull clean Irish Driving License and access to own carRelevant experience in the Healthcare sectorUp to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land)*This is a 20/20 role comprising of 20 hours supervision and 20 hours of care.INDWH
