Job Title:                              Sub-broker Sales Data Analyst Location:                              Corby Reporting to:                        Sub-broker Channel Manager Salary Package/benefits: £19,000 per annum (increasing to £21,000 after probation)Pension Scheme – Following a qualifying period of 3 month’s continuousemployment.                                             Group Life Insurance Scheme                                             30 days holiday entitlement (including public/bank holidays) option to buy & sell extra holiday About Utility Bidder: We're a people-oriented business founded in 2009 enabling business customers to rapidly compare and switch to better energy deals. We use our network of leading energy suppliers to bring the best possible deals to our customers. Our offices based within Corby and Manchester are lively and fun environments where we enjoy working together – there is rarely a dull moment. Job Purpose: To provide day to day transactional analysis and support to the Sub-Broker Channel Manager and the Sub-Broker portfolio. Principal Accountabilities: ·       Co-ordinate and resolve Sub-broker queries after onboarding – This includes training based on trend analysis, using Excel to gather data and produce training packs·       Quality checks the Sub-Broker deals – Using Salesforce to capture and gather historic data which will build up trends and help us utilise tools to support the strive for a high RFT result·       Right First Time (RFT) checks in line with UB standards – As above·    Provide an after sales support – Brokers have numerous questions which include issues with submissions, understanding supplier requests and supporting their customers with complex deals. The right individual will support the broker in these areas·       Support Sub-Broker Channel Manager with adhoc activities when necessary·       Process bespoke requests from Sub-Brokers·       Support with all sub-broker returns & objections·       Conducting Pre-Credit checks for BG lite/Utilita·       Reporting on broker mistakes and supporting brokers with adhoc training needs – Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint and a working knowledge of Power BI (desirable) will be required to drive the channel using factual information·       Reporting on broker quality KPIs·       Audits on brokers who have over 6 months tenure with UB Skills and Qualification Requirements ·       Minimum of 12 months administration and analytic experience·       A passion for exceptional customer service·       Energy Sector knowledge highly desirable (although training will be provided)·       An assertive, resilient self-starter·       Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail·       Proficient Excel Skills·       Proficient PowerPoint and Word Skills·       Desirable Power BI skills·       A Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of the channel  The post holder must be resourceful, have strong personal motivational skills, be a relationship builder with excellent communications skills; incorporating an involved approach with the determination to succeed and have the aptitude to react quickly to given situations. The capacity to interact at all levels with the willingness to be flexible is essential to success in this role. The post holder must have an approachable and open nature to ensure ‘buy-in’ to the Sub-Broker Channel. In general, the post holder should be of smart, presentable appearance and must feel comfortable working in a high pressure, ever-changing and customer driven environment.
