Job Purpose: To care for the stock, including its administration, storage, presentation and security. Main Duties:Acceptance of stock and dispersal of deliveries throughout the storeHandling and removal of all packaging and waste and safe storage of sameGeneral Store MaintenanceAssisting sales assistants with stock queries from customersPricing and scanning of deliveries Follow guidance from the Department Supervisor Replenish stock on display from stock roomReceive, check and stock deliveriesEnsure cleanliness of store fixtures and fittings when requiredMaintain a high level of security for both cash and stockStock room maintained correctly Complete stock counts and audits, as necessaryCompile orders from suppliers, as requiredObserve all Health & Safety procedures and protocols The Successful Candidate: Must have a can do attitude and enjoy working in a team environment Will be positive and motivated.Will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.Will be reliable and a good timekeeper.
