We have the most advanced diagnostic imaging equipment available today, full Cardiological facilities including a Cardiac Catheterisation Suite and Clinical Laboratory services.The RoleDue to expansion in our Endoscopy Services we are seeking Staff Nurses to join our JAG Accredited Endoscopy Unit. As a key member of the frontline team, the Staff Nurse will demonstrate strong clinical skills and facilitate effective communication with colleagues in the hospital.            The main duties for this role areWork as a member of the nursing team and perform duties as allocated by the Clinical Nurse Manager 2.Deliver skilled practical care to patients and participate in the monitoring of the planning, delivery and evaluation of individualised patient care, ensuring a patient centred focus.Be aware of the multifaceted needs of Endoscopy patients and provide a holistic support service for them and their families.Ensure compliance with all relevant Hermitage Medical Clinic guidelines, policies, procedures and relevant legislation and regulatory requirementsPromote the delivery of a high standard of care to all Endoscopy patients.The PersonEssential requirement for the ideal candidate:Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBIHave at least two years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience Have good clinical and professional ability.Quality focusTeam work Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why work at the Hermitage Medical ClinicThe Hermitage Medical Clinic are passionate about our people and believe in their development and growth.
