Spa Therapist

The Merrion Spa and Health Club are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team.As a Spa Therapist, working with our renowned brand partners, Biologique Recherche, ESPA, Margaret Dabbs and Kevin Murphy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized spa environment and upholding our high standards of customer service.The Merrion Spa and Health Club are a highly skilled team. We are passionate about ongoing training and education; successful candidates will be provided with ample certified training.Responsibilities:Greet clients - provide them with a warm welcome and 5 star spa experienceConduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferencesPerform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other therapeutic services (We are also interested to meet with specialist facial or body therapists )Maintain detailed records of client treatments and preferencesKeep spa treatment rooms and equipment clean and sanitisedEducate clients on proper skincare and wellness practicesPromote and sell spa services and products to clientsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all timesParticipate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledgeRequirements:Internationally recognised certification or license in beauty therapy, massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field2+ years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury spa settingStrong knowledge of spa treatments and techniquesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsProfessional appearance and demeanourAbility to maintain client confidentialityPhysical ability to perform spa treatments for extended periods of time Our belief is that the success of The Merrion Hotel depends on the commitment of each and every member of our Team.
