We achieve this only through the excellence, innovation and passion of our team members. Fota Island Resort are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist Supervisor to join our renowned Spa team.   Our commitment to you:·        Company Risk Scheme·        Company funded educational programs·        Rewards and recognition programs·        Discount on Dining options of up to 50%·        Reduction on accommodation rate for family and friends·        Discount for Spa treatments and products·        Use of Health Clubs ·        Staff Dining Facilities·        Staff Parking  Responsibilities:Training of the reception team to ensure smooth successful running of reception and monitor to ensure operating standards are met.To ensure all receptionists are aware of promotions and special offers.Responsible for maintaining the high standard reception customer service.·        To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.Assist Spa Management with achieving sales targets as set by the budget.Monitoring of Call Stats.To ensure receptionists are aware of the importance of retail sales and upselling treatments and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.Ensuring that par stock levels are noted and brought to the attention of Spa Manager for purpose or reordering.Ensure all display areas around the reception area are maintained to a high standard.Ensuring the seamless and smooth day-to-day running of the reception.Supervising Spa operationally when required.Efficiently manage all enquiries and bookings-made via phone, email, social media and in person to ensure maximum therapist utilization.Ensure Daily Checklist is completed every day and systems such as Alkimii are up to date with daily figures.Close cooperation with Front Office and Leisure ManagerWhat we are looking for:Previous experience in a similar role is desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional customer service ethicAttention to detailTime managementPositive can do will do attitudeFlexibility in working hours
