Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience required.Previous experience in a senior chef related position.HACCP certification and knowledge of safe food handling practicesRequires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Must possess basic computer skills.Ability to apply supervisory /management soft skills.Responsibilities:Previous experience in a similar background and roleAssist with the day-to-day operations of the kitchenAssist with planning and executing banquet and wedding functionsAssist with menu development and executionTo support effectively and positively the operational changes, policies and procedures with direct reporting to the Clubhouse Head ChefDeputise for the Clubhouse Head Chef in his absenceHaccp Knowledge and TrainingCertification from a recognised body is preferredBasic Computers and Fluent EnglishAbility to work as a team playerFlexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen
