With 50+ years of experience and expertise, Apleona is part of a global business providing integrated facility management services across Ireland. We offer flexibility, career progression and a competitive start rate.We are looking for dynamics Full-time Soft Services Site Managers to join our team in Co Cork in various locations!Working pattern: Monday to FridayMain job description and responsibilities:Overall, ensure the smooth day to day running of the contractsOrganizing staff schedulesEnsuring correct and thorough training is given to all employeesOrganizing relief work for those on holidays or out due to illness.Handle complaints in line with Director of Operations.Manage the site within their remitManage and control budgets of all sites under their remitMaintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general businessAdhere to all companies policies & proceduresAttend training and meetings as required and appropriateMonitor and adjust for all inspections, pest control, BMS controlInspect fire safety equipment, fire doors, and mobility aidsParticipate in performance reviewsKeep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as requiredUndertake any additional task as requiredRequirements:Experience in a similar roleFull clean driving licenceFlexibility in regards to travelingKnowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations managementKnowledge of business and management principles and practicesAbility to work as part of a management teamWe are happy to hear from anyone with skills in any of these areas.Please fill in your details and upload you CV to apply.
