Site Manager - Milton Keynes

About the opportunity: In this flexible, field based role, you will manage Pre-Feasibility Study and non PFS construction sites within your assigned region, liaising with a range of key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of civils projects in compliance with relevant standards and specifications and within budget.This role is suited to someone based in Milton Keynes or the surrounding areas. What you’ll do: Work closely with Project Managers to effectively plan projects, ensuring that all project requirements, specification, design drawings, health and safety proposals are read, understood and agreed, and that a project management program is in place.Maintain the work schedule and track progress, copying weekly records to Project Manager/office.Maintain and track deliveries of stock and materialsCheck that all materials are compliant with technical and quality specifications; all works are done to technical standards.Ensure the safety of public, site visitors and staff on site at all timesSupervise and manage all site operatives, overseeing all aspects of their workEnsuring understanding and compliance with companies Safety, Health, Environment and Quality policies and procedures all the times.Ensure highest SHEQ standards are enforced.Work with our ICP teams EV charge teamsWork to CDM regulations About you:You have been in a similar role for a least 2 years and have a solid understanding of construction works combined with onsite project management, in particular civils. A naturally motivated team player, you are adept collaborating at all levels and enjoy interacting with a broad range of trades and stakeholders. You appreciate variety and have a flexible approach to your work in relation to travel.
