We are looking for an experienced and community-driven Community Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our sites. This role is key to ensuring the Centre are welcoming, well-managed, and meet the needs of our diverse local communities.Location Hartstown, Dublin 15 and Balldoyle Dublin 13Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for the CentreManage daily operations, staff, and community activitiesReport to the Board on strategy, finances, and governanceDevelop business and marketing plans to increase engagementBuild strong relationships with local groups, schools, and stakeholdersOversee health and safety, including emergency proceduresWelcome customers, respond to enquiries, and manage bookingsManage budgets, financial reporting, and funding applicationsSupport the coffee shop as a social enterpriseRecruit, train, and manage staff performanceMaintain building and equipment through planned maintenanceParticipate in local networks and community projectsEnsure policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are followedQualifications and Experience2+ years in a management roleStrong financial and budget management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work with a diverse communityIT skills and the ability to use digital toolsKnowledge of health and safety standardsExperience in the not-for-profit sector is a plusOrganised and able to manage multiple tasksApproachable, solution-focused, and calm under pressureHonest, reliable, and flexible.IND1We are looking forward to hearing from you!
