Site ManagerRochfordPermanent, full time (47.5hrs)Competitive SalaryJoin Public Sewer Services as a Site Manager and be part of a team that's been delivering top-notch drainage services for over 34 years, offering fast, eco-friendly solutions.As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the workforce, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will oversee all aspects of site operations, compliance, and quality control.What you will be doing:Assist the manager or PM with preparing programmes of work.Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the company policies, procedures and relevant risk assessments and method statements, including appraisals.Ensure that all required assessments and documentation site-specific risk assessments are being completed and submitted.Undertake regular quality assurance inspections of ongoing and, where required completed works and ensure that any identified issues are addressed in a timely manner.Ensure personnel under their control fully understand and adhere to their job requirements.Observe and immediately stop any unsafe and/or non-compliant works, addressing concerns on the spot and providing coaching and assistance where suitable. All serious breaches are to be identified to senior management.Report any possible project variations to their manager in advance.
