Service Delivery Manager

£32,000 per annum48 hour working week - To be flexible covering days, nights and weekends Northern Security Ltd is a well-established security provider, operating in the industry since 1998. We hold several industry accreditations and are a recognised training provider for the industry. We currently have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager based in Carlisle. Having the ability to work independently and well under pressure, a flexible attitude. Job Description Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with OfficersLeading a team throughout the region, setting clear performance objectives and goalsConducting regular performance evaluations, 1-2-1 meetings, and appraisalsCompeting training plans with the officers, and ensuring we are meeting the site requirementsConducting any investigations and meetings when necessaryProviding feedback and coaching to the team to improve performanceCollaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any issues or challengesMonitoring and assessing client satisfaction and feedbackProactively addressing and resolving client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service improvementWorking closely with cross-functional teams Applicants must be:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsExceptional organisational and time management skillsAble to give and receive feedback and use it as a tool to growStrong IT and administration skillsBe Able To Provide 5 Year Check Able History to Complete BS7858 Vetting and Screening Benefits of the Role:Full training will be provided28 days holiday (pro rata for part time hours)Company contributory pension scheme availableLong Service Awards We aim to create a working environment in which all individuals are able to make best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment and in which all decisions are based on merit.
