Senior Team Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Team Coordinator to join our support team in our London studio. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive support to the Partners and their architectural teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple projects. From managing diaries to coordinating project documentation, you’ll be the backbone of administrative efficiency in a dynamic and creative environment.Candidates should be organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute, with a strong focus on forward planning and an aptitude for finding solutions to any challenge.Purcell is an award-winning employee-owned architectural and heritage consultancy practice with a commitment to quality, innovation, and diversity. Your key responsibilities will be as below, but not limited to:Diary & Meeting CoordinationManage Partners calendars and inboxesSchedule internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication and follow-upsProject AdministrationAssist in the preparation and distribution of stage reports, presentations, and other project outputsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentationRisk Management and quality control: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, work with the team to develop strategies to mitigate risks, proactively address issues that may arise, ensure standards are met through conducting quality assurance review, implement, and enforce quality control processes. Project Management SupportUpdate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations in CMapSupport financial tracking and reporting as requiredDocument & CDE ManagementOrganise and maintain project files within Common Data Environment’s (CDE’s)Ensure version control and compliance with document protocolsTeam CoordinationAct as a central point of contact for administrative queries across architectural teamsSupport onboarding of new team members and coordinate training logisticsGeneral Administrative SupportAssist with travel arrangements, expenses, and other operational tasksSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar support roleDocument control proficiency using Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIMSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reportsProficient in CMap (or similar project management tools) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approachExcellent communication and stakeholder management across all levelsHigh attention to detail, professional demeanour, and commercial awarenessFamiliarity with architectural or design studio environments This job description is a guide to the duties the post holder will be expected to undertake.
