Senior Social WorkerSouth Kildare West Wicklow Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) Permanent Contract – 35 hours per weekLocation: Kildare TownSenior Social Worker Practitioner Salary Scale – €61,440 - €79,126 DOE The South Kildare West Wicklow CDNT operate a biopsychosocial model and adopted a Family Centred Approach. The Senior Social Worker will work as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide clinical supports to children aged 0-18 years who present with complex needs associated with a disability and their families. The CDNT provide supports across South Kildare and West Wicklow. As a Senior on the team they will have leadership responsibilities within the team.
