Senior Receptionist

PROception are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join our expanding team.This is a customer facing role and we are seeking a reception host who is able to deliver a high standard of customer service.  The position offers a 45-hour contract, based within one of our prestigious addresses in London. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.Pay rate is £15.52 per hour. Annual Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidaysAt PROception, we not only offer a seamless welcome, we bring the amalgamation of 3 key disciplines: Reception, Concierge and Security.Main duties and responsibilities·        Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all visitors·        Issue visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures·        Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner·        Be seen as a visible customer focused professional and come out from behind the desk to greet clients where possible·        Provide concierge services eg: booking of taxis on behalf of clients/PROception employees·        Ensure that all meeting room bookings/ queries or changes are dealt with efficiently·        Provide a consistent professional service at all times ·        Anticipating clients’ needs and potential issues before they arise, ensuring their expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.·        Providing administrative support to the wider office and supervisor when required, which often involves assisting with various tasks and ensuring smooth operations across the team.·        Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly·        Maintain a high security awareness at all timesWhat we are looking forWe are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:·        Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self – motivated team player·        Previous experience in a customer service facing role·        Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels·        Immaculate presentation ·        Holds a naturally friendly personality with an honest smile·        Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail·        Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times·        Computer literateWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
