The Role / Location Dublin, 33 Molesworth StreetWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to join our Dublin office. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of end-to-end construction projects, from feasibility through design, procurement, and construction to handover.This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. It will suit an experienced project manager looking to step up into a senior leadership and delivery position.The position is based in Savills Commercial (Ireland) Limited’s Dublin office, with project locations varying depending on client and site requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesLeading delivery of construction projects across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out sectors.Acting as the primary client point of contact and ensuring excellent client service.Developing project governance, procurement strategies, and execution plans to achieve project objectives.Preparing and managing project documentation including briefs, tender packages, risk registers, and progress reports.Overseeing design team coordination and ensuring compliance with client requirements, budgets, and programmes.Leading tender and contract administration processes, including negotiations and contractor management.Chairing project, design, and site meetings, ensuring issues are resolved proactively.Driving contractor performance while maintaining quality and Health & Safety compliance.Providing strategic advice to clients on project options and risk management.Contribute to business development, including client pitches, presentations, and proposals.Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the team. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline (or currently studying while employed).Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering full lifecycle construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement routes, and contract administration.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate with contractors, and lead multidisciplinary teams.Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.Strong reporting, presentation, and client communication skills.Experience in consultancy or client-side project management is highly desirable.Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering team development.Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.A methodical, diligent, and pragmatic approach with a strong sense of ownership.
