Senior Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Co-Ordinator for our expanding Wireless team in the UK. The candidate will form a key part of the project team and will liaise directly with the client. The role is based in Slough or Magor, with some travel to client offices. They will be joining a very experienced team of talented individuals with expertise across a wide variety of engineering disciplines and proven success in delivering large scale projects.Reporting toUK Wireless Project ManagerRole and ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:Provide day to day project support and administration to the Project Manager and wider programme team.Manage the end to end delivery of small ad hoc projects under instructionScheduling & booking of internal resource as well as external partners.Booking site access for engineering teams on customer sites in accordance with client access procedures.Preparation & coordination of project documentationProject reporting & tracking – Internal & externalFinancial reporting – Internal & external Build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders – Internal & externalTrack project delivery against project scope and milestone performanceMaintain data integrity when updating client delivery toolsClosing project activities, ensuring billing is reconciled and authorised. CompetenciesAdvanced Microsoft office suite skills – Excel, Word, PowerPointExcellent communication, interpersonal & diplomacy skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work as part of a virtual team, unsupervised. Excellent phone mannerSelf-motivated, assertive and enthusiasticAbility to evaluate, prioritise tasks & work to tight deadlinesAbility to work with several stakeholders simultaneouslyTeam playerProfessional, positive & organised problem-solving approachClient focused attitude with excellent attention to detailExperience and QualificationsAdvantageouso Qualifications with focus on Project Management, engineering or businesso Familiarity with site access procedures for telecoms operators and site owners in Ireland & UKo Microsoft Office Suite Certificationso Previous experience using ADCbuild, Remedy, PACS, ISDPo Previous experience with SAGEoBasic understanding of Wireless mobile networksNecessaryo Enthusiastic, Champion a right first time attitude o 1 – 2 Years in a similar role ideally with a Telecommunication operator or small works contractoro Excellent written and spoken English requiredo Project reporting & tracking – Internal & external o Commercially aware.o Preparation & coordination of project documentationo Analytical and able to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy.o Strong work ethic, be able to work unsupervisedSalary: Negotiable depending on experience
