Act as the primary point of contact, driving strategic account planning, and aligning client goals with service deliverables.You will work alongside the Creative, Studio and Content Leads to establish and monitor excellence in creative standards and world-class experiences.In addition to managing your client business, your daily tasks are likely to include developing creative briefs, pitching to clients, pricing, project planning and presenting work, along with overseeing the internal design, production preparation and show running phases of each project under your remit. You will also be expected to plan and run events when necessary to support the production teams. All of the above must be backed by event agency experience and a knowledge of the Irish based events market (including suppliers and vendors). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Act as the main point of contact for clients in your portfolio Develops new business responses for leading brand clients - must show experience in deck development & response approach Develops, defends and sells high value work Lead account planning, ensuring timely delivery of services aligned with client objectives.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue.Work within the FUEL standards– from project planning, pricing, debrief notes and client communicationsDevelop creative briefs for other departments; Creative, Design, Production and Postproduction Collaborate with internal teams (production, client services, marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of event goals with client objectives.Act as pitch lead and must feel comfortable developing out response for medium+ sized brief. (Min €150K budget)High commercial acumen, with the proven ability to develop complex event budgets large size events and deliver continued profitability Confident and experienced presenter, ability to sell an idea and enjoys presenting to clientsProvide impressive references/refereesMust have drivers license and preferably have own car Working hoursThe successful applicant will generally work normal office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. On occasion, they may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends.
