Our greatest expertise is our team’s ability to find and develop sites for floating projects in deeper waters.Role profileThe Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisor will support our projects by developing environmental and social (E&S) standards and policies, coordinating actions to meet lender requirements, and serving as the key liaison with the Independent Environmental and Social Consultant (IESC).They will manage ESG reporting, integrate E&S requirements into project processes, and provide technical review of relevant documentation. The role also involves close collaboration with JV partner corporate functions to align agreed project standards with broader HSEQ, ESG, consents, supply chain, HR and engineering requirements.Key accountabilities Develop project E&S standardsIdentify potential gaps and risks to meeting potential lender E&S requirements (e.g. through gap analysis) and develop action plan to address any identified gapsCoordinate actions to address E&S requirements, including any specific ESG standardsSupport implementation of project E&S management system (ESMS) requirements, with consideration of corporate systems and reporting requirements, as appropriateSupport corporate audits of project ESMS as required, in conjunction with corporate function resourceLiaison with supply chain function to implement E&S requirements as requiredManage completion of relevant assessments in line with lender expectationsAct as key point of contact with the lender IESC and manage information sharing, facilitate project team inputs where requiredLiaison with legal and lender advisors as required, including in relation to understanding changes and updates to lenders E&S/ESG requirementsInput to project risk management processes as necessaryHighlight and report any risks at the earliest opportunity, devising appropriate measures designed to mitigate any key E&S risksCoordinate project-level agreed ESG and greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) reporting requirements to meet JV corporate standards and requirements.
