All our roles are advertised internally, and we encourage internal progression right across the business. About the role:Flogas is seeking to recruit a Senior Credit Control Agent to assist within the Energy division which provides Nat Gas and electricity to both a residential and commercial customer base. This is a permanent opportunity and will entail working in a varied role to provide back-up assistance to a busy, dynamic, and growing department. Main areas of responsibilitiesAbility to supervise call listsCash collections on Commercial and Domestic accountsEnsuring the Credit Policy is adhered tooMaking Outbound calls for Credit ControlAchieving Targets & KPI’s for Cash CollectionsSupport the team lead, providing assistance leading the team, offering support and advice as neededReferral of accounts for debt collection & legal actionLiaising with customers and setting up pay-plans for both Domestic & Commercial customersManaging outstanding debtorsCustomer Service queries & query resolutionsResponding to & sending emailsAdditional reporting & AdministrationInvestigate, resolve and, where necessary escalate aged debt issuesAdhoc duties as required Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in credit control and is now ready to step up to a senior level. This person does not need strong leadership experience, but will suit someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills who can support and build the team. This person will need to have strong IT skills, particularly Excel and will have experience in process improvements.
