These projects include, but are not limited to, market strategy, market sizing, acquisitions scans, commercial due diligence, thought leadership and vendor selection.  You will be expected to take immediate ownership of projects, identifying and driving project activities and formulating the end solution and recommendations for our clients. You will be expected to lead on our small and medium size projects with two to three direct reports. On our larger and most complex projects, you are more likely to be part of the core delivery team reporting into a project lead. Project durations range from two weeks to up to a year.  The Senior Consultant should also be focused on continued optimization in the quality, risk management and efficiency of our project delivery. Senior Consultants focus on producing the highest quality outputs and building and strengthening client relationships. The advisory function has grown rapidly in the last three years. This growth creates opportunities to progress quickly for those that show an ability to learn quickly and deliver outstanding work products to our clients What you'll be doing..Manage multiple projects in parallel – you’ll be required to deliver high quality deliverables to clients to promote repeat businessDrive advisory capability development whilst also mitigating and communicating project risksInterface with client leads and become a trusted advisor to the clientInterview senior executives to collect on business and market performanceDefine, lead or conduct a range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project analysis and recommendationsIdentify commercial opportunities and work with sales colleagues to win businessCoach and lead junior colleagues on advisory projectsAbout you..4+ year’s experience delivering growth and market strategy consulting engagements – technology industry experience preferable with a track record of producing top quality advisory deliverables and project outcomes to commercial clientsEducated to at least BA / BSc level with a preference for top-tier universitiesQuantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills – must be able to identify key issues, analyse complex data sets and creatively problem solve by incorporating use of AIExcellent time management skills and organisational skills with a verifiable track record of meeting deadlinesHigh ethical standards with accountability for results with a collaborative working style and strong team skillsPerfect written and spoken English with a proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Verdantix advisory capabilities: it would be beneficial to have knowledge across one or more of the following vertical areas: industrial operations technology, building management technologies, power grid technologies, EHS, sustainability or risk management software Why Verdantix..Since our foundation in 2008, we have been built our company around five values.
