Senior Care Coordinator for West and North West Region

ROLE OVERVIEWLocation: Mayo Office (however you may be required to travel to other offices from time to time as required)Reporting to: Home Care Services Manager/ Senior Management Team THE ROLEAs Senior Care Coordinator, you are responsible for driving the growth of company in your region whilst upholding high levels of system compliance by leading your team of Coordinators. You will be responsible for supporting and managing daily workings of your co-ordination team with any queries or concerns they have, setting expansion targets alongside company strategic objectives and assisting the team when and where it is required. You will be required to work alongside new employees to train and develop their practical skills, ensuring the high level of compliance expected by Connected Health is achieved as well as oversee and manage all annual leave, sickness and other day to day running of your Coordination team members. You will be required to provide insight to the Home Care Services Manager on all areas of Coordination and to work with them collaboratively to grow the area whilst maintaining quality.Salary Increase with growth  ESSENTIAL CRITERIA·         Teamwork Skills·         Relationship Management·         Strong telephone skills·         Excellent organizational and planning skills.·         Computer literate. Including MS Office and One Touch systems·        Minimum 12 months co-ordination experience.·         Fast Learner, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit DESIRABLE CRITERIA·         Previous experience of Managing a team·         Previous experience of training a team·         Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision.·         Experience working within the care industry ABILITIES, SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS·         Dedication and commitment·         Good communication skills·         Sound understanding of good care principles·         Ability to cope under pressure·         Calm and patient·         Ability to deal with change or emergencies·         Ability to display empathy and understanding·         Flexible and reliable·         Good administrative skills#ROIOJ
