We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care, support, and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities:Provide personalized care to clients, including medication management and personal careAssist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide emotional support and companionship to clientsMaintain accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care teamCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansParticipate in client assessments, care planning, and goal settingWork closely with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and support On-Call Requirements:As part of our out-of-hours coverage, you will be required toparticipate in a rotational on-call schedule. This will involve being availableto take emergency calls from care assistants, clients and their familiesoutside of regular working hours.
