Security Supervisor - Carlisle

We hold several industry accreditations and are a recognised training provider for the industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in Carlisle. If you have a strong understanding of security procedures, and are committed to maintaining a well-trained, motivated team, we want to hear from you! Job Description Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Lead and Supervise: Oversee a team of security officers, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to succeed.Training & Development: Identify training needs, manage ongoing learning, and maintain up-to-date training records.Performance Monitoring: Complete monthly KPIs for security officers, managing performance and absence.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all employees comply with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
