Embrace the diversity and the dynamic nature of corporate security, and be a part of our professional team committed to providing a safe and secure environment. About the role       As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all visitors and employees are welcomed to the office, monitoring access controls, creating and allocating ID badges and much more.You will work on our client site in Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3. Working 12 hour shifts, both days and nights. An average of 42 hours per week.Let us know your preference for days or nights and we will do our best to match you to the right site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Welcome and greet all visitors and employees to the office.Ensure visitors are welcomed and assisted and directed to their host in line with SOPs.Creating and allocating ID badges.Assisting employees who are not adhering to access policies.Being a first point of contact and being fully knowledgeable on the geography of the building and the locality and be able to assist with any queries in this area.Be proficient in answering phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV, alarms and access control systems..Monitor access control system.Accurately record relevant information for inclusion in weekly/monthly reports as required.Report all unusual circumstances and situations and respond, as necessary.Identify and act upon all suspicious activity or potential criminal activity, retaining full control until emergency services arrive.Provide emergency response in a crisis, ensuring the safety of all the client’s employees and visitors.Escalate any issue by communicating these to the Security leadership team.Communicate with team members at all times and be able to highlight operational issues immediately in line with SOPs.Learn all client and Provincial SOPs and ensure these are followed at all times.Take part in fire drills, maintenance of life safety systems and being proactive regarding updating procedures when requested.Auditing, compliance and liaising with the Operations Manager on audit requirements.Engage with all training as required. Preferred Qualifications ·      First Aid certificate·      Security Guard PSA Licence find out more here Why Work With Us?  Comprehensive company induction and onsite training to support you in your journey with us Competitive salary Peace of mind with our employee assistance programme; supporting you and your family.Online portal/app with a selection of benefits, including discounts for shopping, holidays and moreCareer development through training and education programmesFriendly and inclusive workplace culture in line with our Core ValuesTeam building activities, including soccer tournaments, volunteering days, summer BBQ and other company-wide eventsPaid maternity leave, including top-up payments and paid paternity leave Looking after our team is important to us.
