Full time with overtime Opportunity Qualifications·        Ability to cook food correctly in a timely fashion while focusing on quality and presentation.·        Able to read and understand recipes and procedures.·        Able to use kitchen tools and appliances safely and effectively.·        Prior Experience working in the kitchen required·        Knowledge and experience of various cooking techniques ·        Employee is occasionally required to lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, taste and smell·        Food Handlers Certification ·        Must be authorized to work in the US·        Must be a team player with a positive attitudeResponsibilities·        Follow Departmental polices as well as club rules and regulation set forth by Employee handbook and by management.·        Daily cleaning of the Pantry/ Cooler, Cooking Line and Prep Area.·        Provide Excellent Quality and Presentation of all food to the Guests in a timely manner. ·        Communicate effectively with the managers and employees in a fast-paced environment.·        Set up and Stocking stations with all necessary supplies.·        Responsible for cleanliness and organization of station. ·        Comply with sanitation regulation and safety standards.·        Assist with other duties as assigned by Executive chef or Sous chef. Benefits·        Employee Meals·        Medical, dental and vision insurance ·        Paid vacation and Personal time·        Family Friendly team environment·        401k
